Beta Carotene Punch

Beta carotene has long been known to be an immune booster, and recent studies support this contention. Beta carotene is transformed by the body into vitamin A, which is important in maintaining a healthy immune system and healthy cell growth. Beta carotene is also a potent antioxidant.

JustCarrots has one of the highest sources of natural beta carotene - up to 360% of the US Recommended Daily Allowance. Drinking one glass of JustCarrots provides you with 18,000 to 20,000 International units of beta carotene. In addition to beta carotene, JustCarrot contains vitamin C, calcium and potassium. And it tastes great!

  • 1 tablespoon JustCarrots
  • 1/4 teaspoon RediBeets
  • 6 to 8 oz glass of Apple Juice
  • 1/4 inch diced ginger root
Blend ingredients until smooth. Delicious over crushed ice.
